From Concept to Final Sample
A garment sample is a carefully developed prototype of the final product. It allows buyers to evaluate the garment’s overall appearance, design details, measurements, fitting, fabric, construction, and finishing before moving into mass production.
Our experienced team carefully reviews buyer specifications and develops samples according to the required measurements, materials, construction methods, and finishing standards. Our Garment Sampling Services
Development Sample
The initial sample developed from the buyer’s design, tech pack, sketch, or reference. It helps establish the overall construction, design, fabric, and appearance of the garment.
Counter Sample
A sample developed based on an existing garment or reference sample provided by the buyer. We carefully study the construction, measurements, details, and finishing to create a matching or improved version.
Fit Sample
Developed specifically to verify the garment’s fitting, measurements, proportions, and overall silhouette. Necessary corrections are made before proceeding to the next stage.
Size Set Sample
Samples developed in different sizes to confirm grading, measurements, and consistency across the complete size range.
Production Sample
A final-stage sample made using the approved materials, construction methods, trims, labels, and finishing intended for bulk production. It serves as a final reference for quality and production standards.
